PRO-999, Rx-35 is the ideal primer for drywall, skim coat, spackling, popcorn ceilings, contractor’s flat paint and mud joints. It seals porous surfaces and dries with a slight residual tack, enhancing adhesion of wallpaper.
- Covers approximately 350 - 400 square feet per gallon
- Recommended for use over bare drywall, skim coat, spackling, popcorn ceilings, and contractors flat paint.
